IWMBuzz.com has always updated its readers about the latest development from TV and Digital space. Recently, we have been reporting about the latest biopic that is in the making of Mumbai’s leg-spinner Pravin Tambe.
Pravin had a remarkable journey as a cricketer. In 2012, the then 41-year-old Tambe was picked by the Mumbai team for the Vijay Hazare tournament. A few months later, the Rahul Dravid-led Rajasthan Royals IPL team hired his services. Soon he became the face for one of sport’s most common saying: ‘age is just a number.’
As per reports in media, Tambe’s role is played by Shreyas Talpade, whose Bollywood debut Iqbal coincidentally had a cricket-based plot. Talpade has been shooting in Thane along with Ashish Vidyarthi.
We earlier exclusively reported about Arif Zakaria being part of the same. Now, we hear, young and talented actor Gaurav Kamble, who rose to fame as Krishna Reddy in Laakhon Mein Ek, has been roped in to play the role of Shreyas’s friend in the project.
We buzzed the actor but did not get revert.
