There are intriguing rumours as to Divya Khosla Kumar’s role in her new film Hero Heeroine,a Telugu-Hindi cinematic saga of love and drama. Directed by Suresh Krissna, the bilingual film in Hindi and Telugu explores the journey of on-screen romance turning into real-life love.
Rumour has it that Divya Khosla Kumar is playing a character inspired by the living legend Vyjayanthimala.
When asked , producer Prerna Arora refrains from admitting or denying the rumours. “I am not saying anything about Divyaji character, except that its is a mindblowing heroine. I am thrilled with the response so far, it’s a film very close to my heart. It unravels a tapestry of emotions, where love takes unexpected turns. I promise the story will keep you on the edge of your seats.”
Adds Prerna, “This film is a celebration of modern love, and we can’t wait to share the magic we’ve created. I hope this film will be accepted in the same way that my past films (Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, Rustom, Padman) have.”
Divya Khosla Kumar is known for her stint in her recent film Yaarian 2, a sequel to Yaarian that the actress directed. She is also very active on her social media, and regular updates keep her fans engaged.
