Ever since the very glamorous royal couple Prince Harry and Megan Markle moved from their royal cocoon in Britain to the US, the British press has been very upset with them. They see the royal couple’s migration as a betrayal and a sell-out.

Prince Harry who now likes to live the life of a commoner(a commoner who lives in a mansion, drives a porche and flies home to London in a private jet) last month did an interview with James Cordon where he went sightseeing in Los Angeles with the host in a topless bus. Prince Harry even took a pee break , barged into a posh LA home asking for the bathroom ,much to the delight of the house owners who probably didn’t flush the toilet for the next two months.

During their topless conversation Harry told James he and his wife fled from home due to the intrusive British press. He also commented that he would rather watch The Crown(the fictionalized version of British royalty) than read what the British press has written. The BP(British press)’s BP level has shot up: ungrateful, opportunistic, traiters…are some of the epithets being applied.

Harry and Meg(I am sure that’s how they like to be addressed in their new commoners’ avatar) have now given Oprah Winfrey an interview where they’ve broken all barriers and spoken out against all the holy cows of British aristocracy. If the interview(to be telecast next week) turns out to be as explosive as it promises, then than Harry and Megan may find a very frosty welcome when they return home.

Somehow Harry and Megan remind of Saif and Kareena. The same urge to live a non-royal life when every pore of their being oozes aristocracy.Buckingham or Pataudi ,you can take the royals out of their palace . But you can’t take the royalty out of the royals.
