The winners for the most coveted Punjabi Film Awards –PTC Punjabi Film Awards 2022 were announced last night on PTC Punjabi channel. The stars, glitz, glamour and an array of eventful evening where flotilla of artists from the Punjabi film Industry were felicitated.
On December 10, ‘PTC Punjabi Film Awards 2022’ bestowed honour upon numerous Punjabi superstars for their excellent work in the films. Renowned Punjabi actor Jaswinder Bhalla who is known for his hilarious comedy gigs and has set a milestone in the same was honored with ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’. Diljit Dosanjh, Prince Kanwaljit, and Nimrat Khaira were felicitated with ‘Best Actor Award’. In addition to this, on the basis of public voting, a total of 34 prestigious awards were awarded to the gems of Punjabi entertainment world, other than the Critic Awards.
The award ceremony was held online and viewers from across the world witnessed it on their favorite PTC Punjabi channel, PTC Punjabi’s Facebook page, and on website. Popular TV stars Prince Narula and his wife Yuvika Chaudhary were the hosts for the magnificent evening.
The audiences were enthralled by the performances of their favorite stars Ninja, Sunanda Sharma, Sara Gurpal and several others. Ssumier S Pasricha’s comedy in archetype character ‘Pammi Auntie’ tickled everyone’s funny bone.

Besides, hounoring the talent, PTC Punjabi also gave a special tribute to the ‘Queen of Punjabi cinema’ Daljeet Kaur and slain superstar Sidhu Moose Wala who left a remarkable impression on the industry and audience alike.
PTC Punjabi has honoured the stalwarts of the Punjabi entertainment industry for the exceptional talent since 2011 with its “PTC Punjabi Film Awards” and the legacy continues to date. Akshay Kumar, Sonu Sood, Anushka Sharma, Kriti Sanon, Kapil Sharma, Bobby Deol, Manoj Bajpayee, Gulshan Grover, late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, Prem Chopra and several others have been a part of this journey.
