As per the latest reports in The Indian Express, veteran South actress Jayanthi passed away on Monday in Bengaluru due to age-related ailments. She was 76 when she breathed her last. She had worked in more than 500 films across South languages like Tamil Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.
