Shalini Pandey has broken her silence, speaking against the circulation of a morphed video. In the viral clip, the actress appears topless, hiding her bust with her hands. However, Shalini has rejected the video’s authenticity, calling it fake and AI-generated.
Addressing the matter, Shalini shared a post on Instagram on August 31, 2026, saying, “I want to address a fake, AI-generated video of me that is currently being circulated online.”
Dismissing the authenticity of the video and expressing her disappointment for the misuse of the technology, the actress said, “The video is completely fabricated and does not depict me. It is deeply disturbing to see technology being misused in this way to target and harm individuals, especially women.”
Condemning the actor, Shalini wrote, “I strongly condemn this kind of abuse and believe such misuse of technology should never be normalized.”
Urging users to report it if they discover such a video, she said, “If you come across this video, please do not share, forward, download, or engage with it. Instead, please report it immediately.”
And lastly, asked people to be responsible, Shalini said, “I request everyone to be responsible and mindful, and help stop its circulation rather than giving it further reach. Thank you!”
