The Kashmir Files is one of the most admired and amazing movies in the country this year. The movie collected more than 300 crores in the box office and no wonder, the movie is termed as one of the biggest hits of the country this year. Just like many other film festivals, the movie made it to IFFI as well and as expected, it has not been a surprise. However, the biggest surprise moment has to be when IFFI Jury Head Nadav Lapid openly criticized the movie on-stage. Not just did he call the movie ‘vulgar’, he also termed it as a ‘propaganda’.

Ever since then, people were waiting for Nadav’s next big statement on the same. Well finally, he has apologized. As per reports in Hindustan Times, Nadav apologized and was quoted as saying during an interview with CNN News18,

“I didn’t want to insult anyone, and my aim was never to insult people or their relatives, who have suffered. I totally totally totally apologize if that’s the way they interpreted.”
