Nerkonda Paarvai 2019 is an Indian Tamil language film which is directed by H. Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor. This film is a remake of the Hindi film Pink (2016). The movie stars Ajith Kumar, Shraddha Srinath, Abhirami Venkatachalam and Andrea Tariang in the lead roles. This movie was released on 8th August 2019. Ajith Kumar is playing the role of lawyer Bharath Subramanian. The film received positive reviews and was a hit at the box office.
Pink is directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury and produced by Rashmi Sharma Telefilms. The movie features Amitabh Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu, Kriti Kulhari, etc. It was released on 16th September 2016. This movie was also a hit at the box office. Amitabh Bachchan played the role of Deepak Sehgal. He was the star of Pink, but the overall cast was also strong and did a great job. But coming to Nerkonda Paarvai, it was Ajith who single-handedly carried the movie on his shoulders. One of the major differences between the two movies is that with Pink, makers intended to target an intelligent audience, whereas Nerkonda Paarvai also focuses on entertainment.
