Marking a striking debut, Sanskruti Jayana steps into the world of the highly anticipated mythological epic Krishnavataram as Satyabhama — a character that forms the emotional core of the story. With her captivating screen presence, effortless charm, and classical poise, the actress has already been grabbing attention following the film’s release.

Following a special screening of the film in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath praised the film, its cultural significance, and particularly acknowledged Sanskruti Jayana’s portrayal of Satyabhama. Speaking at the event, the Chief Minister said:

“The history of India, the tradition of India, the Krishnavataram associated with the culture of India all of us are associated with the special screening of this film. I am happy that the artists associated with this screening, especially the main actress who has portrayed Satyabhama, whose name is also Sanskruti, have beautifully represented the spirit of Indian culture and traditions.”

He further added:

“It is amazing. For every person, to know and learn about the eternal tradition of India and to be inspired by it, an amazing opportunity has been presented through this two-and-a-half-hour film.”

The Chief Minister also thanked the cast, directors, producers, and the entire team associated with the film for organising the special screening and announced that the film would be made tax-free in Uttar Pradesh.

He said, “To show us the special screening of this film for free, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. But remember, if you give your daughter for free, you should not take her for free. But in Uttar Pradesh, it is also declared tax-free.”

Recently, #YogiBlessesSanskruti also trended on X (formerly Twitter), with audiences celebrating the appreciation received by Sanskruti Jayana and the film.

Directed by Hardik Gajjar, Krishnavataram is presented and produced by Sajan Raj Kurup and Shobha Sant of Creativeland Studios Entertainment, along with Poonam Shroff and Parth Gajjar of Athashrikatha Motion Pictures. Conceived as the first chapter of a three-part cinematic franchise, the film is currently running successfully in theatres.
