After winning the National Award, Sudipto Sen is heading to Paris for the world premiere of his upcoming film, Charak. The Hindi feature will debut at the prestigious Ganges Sur Seine Film Festival in October 2025, where it will be screened before renowned filmmakers and distinguished guests.

Produced under Sudipto’s banner, Sipping Tea Cinemas (STC), Charak marks the production house’s maiden venture and is scheduled for both domestic and international release in December 2025. This folklore-inspired horror film explores the delicate interplay of faith and superstition, weaving a gripping narrative that promises to engage audiences while showcasing Sudipto Sen’s signature style of thought-provoking and immersive storytelling.

Beyond Charak, Sudipto Sen, through his banner Sipping Tea Cinemas, is in discussions with reputed international production houses to collaborate on global cinematic projects. In November, STC is set to unveil its ambitious slate for 2026–2027, featuring a mix of films and series.
