S. S. Rajamouli is indeed one of the biggest directors in Indian cinema. He has consistently created magic on screen with his films with Baahubali, RRR and many more, not only breaking box office records but also leaving a significant mark across international borders. However, S. S. Rajamouli is much more than just a director—his creative reach extends into other entertainment horizons as well.

What many may not know is that S. S. Rajamouli has a cameo in the action-adventure game Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, which is written, produced, designed, and directed by Hideo Kojima.

During a visit to Japan to promote his film RRR, Rajamouli met Kojima, who scanned him to create a character in the game. Kojima even took to social media to share his experience of scanning Rajamouli, posting behind-the-scenes glimpses and writing about the memorable interaction.

“Director S.S. Rajamouli visited KJP!!! We have scanned him. RRR🔥🔥🔥🚀🚀🚀👍🐯”

Delighted by being a part of the game, S. S. Rajamouli had also shared his experience, saying, “When we were in Japan for RRR promotions, I visited Kojima-san’s office. He scanned me there, and honestly, I had no idea how or where he’d use it,”

“I just sensed something magical was in the making. To now see myself featured in Death Stranding 2 is a true honour. Kojima-san is a visionary, and I’m humbled to be even a small part of his extraordinary world.” he further added.

Moreover, S. S. Rajamouli’s RRR was one of the biggest films not only in India but also in Japan. While the film broke several records in India, it was also released in Japan on physical media, including Ultra HD Blu-ray and Blu-ray versions. The film was immensely loved by the Japanese audience.
