Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan has completed 52 years in the Bollywood industry. The actor took to Instagram and thanked his fans on social media. In his caption, Amitabh looked back at his five decades in Bollywood and wrote, “52 years .. !!! Amitabh posted a collage of his character looks from 56 movies, each one from one year of his work, starting off with his debut film Saat Hindustani in 1969. His other popular characters from hit movies include Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Sooryavansham, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Deewaar, Zanjeer, Abhimaan, Coolie, Khuda Gawah, Mohabbatein, Baghban, Paa, Sarkar and many more.
Amitabh is regarded as one of the greatest and most influential actors in the history of Indian cinema. During the 1970s–1980s, he was the most dominant actor in the Indian movie scene. The star has won numerous accolades in his career, including four National Film Awards as Best Actor, Dadasaheb Phalke Award as lifetime achievement award and many awards at international film festivals and award ceremonies.
