Revealed! Kareena Kapoor’s Pregnancy Diet

The internet burst out in happiness when sometime back, they realized that Kareena Kapoor Khan is pregnant and is all set to give birth to another adorable baby after Taimur Ali Khan. While the world is excited to see Taimur’s new sibling, Kareena can’t keep her calm and happiness as she is all set to turn ‘Yummy Mummy’ for the second time in life.

Talking about pregnancy, it is of utmost importance that women taken proper care of their health and nutrition when they are pregnant and with the kind of care and attention Kareena has got around her, that department is certainly taken care of with perfection. So what does Kareena’s diet look like during her pregnancy?

Well, in an interaction with Vogue, Kareena was quoted as saying,

“I try to eat something healthy every two to three hours. My breakfast usually comprises upma or parathas (without oil), muesli or idlis. For lunch, it’s the usual roti, or brown rice, with dal and vegetables. At night I like to keep it light with a soup and some stir-fried veggies. I make sure to include lots of salads and fresh fruits in my diet.”
