Park Ji-min is a South Korean singer and dancer who goes by the nickname Jimin. He debuted as a member of the South Korean boy band BTS in 2013, under the company Big Hit Entertainment.

While the BTS group as a whole is extremely successful, each individual member has a dedicated following. If you’re a Jimin fan, you’re probably aware of his relaxing and beautiful solo tunes. Let’s have a look at a few of them

Lie

The song ‘Lie’ is about living a lie and deceiving oneself further. Jimin sings the song, and it’s been stated that he even contributed to the lyrics. Jimin sang effortlessly, giving it a terrible yet sweet tone, and the song is a pure delight to the ears. The song’s high notes will only increase your admiration for Jimin.

Filter

Filter by Jimin won many hearts with his dance moves and stunning emotions. Filter was a solo song by Jimin from BTS’s album Map of the Soul: 7. Last year, the singer sang the song live on stage during a BTS One event, and his performance was undoubtedly the highlight.

Promise

Jimin’s debut solo single was “Promise,” which was released independently of a BTS album. There was a lot on the line, and thankfully, everything worked out. Fans adored it because they were able to relate to the song’s reassuring message about not being alone in difficult times.

Stylish Tomato

If you are a fan of Jimin, you would not have missed Stylish Tomato. Though the song was not as well-received as his past solo efforts, it does have a pleasant melody.

Love Yourself

Jimin also performed a cover of Justin Bieber’s Love Yourself, which sounded even better in the BTS member’s voice. If you listen to it only once, you’ll want to listen to it again and again.
