Because celebrities who undergo plastic surgery are frequently subjected to criticism and scrutiny, many K-Pop singers choose to remain silent about their treatments. These six idols, on the other hand, have openly admitted to having nose jobs (also known as rhinoplasty).
1. JooE (MOMOLAND)
MOMOLAND’s JooE confessed her brush with plastic surgery while discussing her ear piercings on an episode of JTBC’s Knowing Bros in 2018.
JooE revealed to the hosts that cartilage from her right ear was extracted and used in a nose operation.
2. Chaeyeon (DIA)
On an episode of MBC’s Video Star in 2016, DIA’s Chaeyeon discussed her nose job.
Chaeyeon was asked if she had double eyelid surgery by the hosts, but she stated that her eyelids are natural. Her nose, on the other hand, was the feature on which she had surgery.
3. Heechul (Super Junior)
Heechul of Super Junior was involved in a traffic accident and had to have his nose fixed while completing his mandatory military duty as a public service officer. His nose, on the other hand, was flatter after the surgery than it had been previously.
Heechul chose to have a cosmetic nose operation to restore his original appearance.
4. Jessi
Jessi is a Korean actress who isn’t afraid to talk about her plastic surgery. Rhinoplasty is one of the treatments she’s had done in the past. Jessi also had double eyelid surgery and had her breasts enlarged.
5. Minzy (2NE1)
Minzy of 2NE1 wasn’t sure if she should get a nose job at first because YG Entertainment CEO Yang Hyun Suk has previously stated his scorn for plastic surgery.
She did, however, gain the CEO’s okay and undertake a cosmetic nose job while undergoing surgery to correct her rhinitis.
6. Soyou (SISTAR)
Because of the nasty comments, former SISTAR member Soyou decided to have plastic surgery.
Soyou had a nose operation to relieve the public pressure after netizens’ scrutiny took a toll on her mental health.
