After a nearly four-year hiatus, hostilities between Miley Cyrus and Nicki Minaj have resurfaced. On Friday, sparks were sparked when Minaj’s Beats 1 show Queen Radio aired a particularly revealing episode in which the rapper had a few choice words for Cyrus.

Though this is their first fight since the memorable MTV VMAs exchange in 2015, the drama extends back much further. Check out the timeline of their ongoing feud below.

31st of October, 2012 – Dressing up

On Halloween, Cyrus dressed up in a yellow wig, matching tats, and butt pads to imitate Minaj and posted this shot to Twitter. She even tagged Minaj in the tweet, which she captioned with a reference to the song “Stupid Hoe” by Minaj. In response, Minaj said on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show that she planned to dress up as Miley Cyrus for Halloween, despite the lack of photographic evidence.

“The white Nicki Minaj” was born on June 14, 2013.

Cyrus acknowledged Minaj briefly in a 2013 Billboard cover story, stating, “A lot of people wanted to try to make me the white Nicki Minaj. That’s not what I’m attempting. I enjoy ‘hood’ music, but singing is my forte.” Cyrus collaborated with Mike WiLL Made-It, one of Minaj’s frequent collaborators, on her key album Bangerz, which was released in October 2013.

Aug. 8, 2013 – In the studio

Mike WiLL Made-It, in an unexpected change of events, released this photo on Instagram showing the three of them in the studio together, labeled “Beauty and The Beast.” “There was a song that was a possibility but it didn’t work out,” Minaj told E! News the following month.
