Cricket fans are looking forward to their favorite teams competing for the T20 World Cup title next month. But the excitement has already begun to grow, as the tournament’s anthem has received widespread praise. The song, Live The Game, was composed by Amit Trivedi.

‘Cricket is a religion for Indians,’ as they say. He was able to thoroughly immerse herself in the song since he is a die-hard cricket fan.

The music director of Manmarziyaan (2019) adds that he was instructed to come up with a track that would appeal to the younger population, ages 15 to 20. He was also requested to keep the international audience in mind, which is why the anthem is in English, adds Trivedi, who enlisted vocalists Sharvi Yadav and Anand Bhaskar for the T20 World Cup (to be broadcast on Star Sports) song vocals.

He describes the approach as “trying to think of all the current rhythms or energetic and dynamic music that the young around the world would relate to.” The music is energetic, cheerful, and sporty. It was a fantastic pleasure to create something for the younger generation. The song took them approximately a month and a half to complete.
