The Purpose World Tour brought Justin Bieber to India and Beliebers in India were ecstatic.
The Canadian singer landed at 1:30 am on 10th May and headed straight to the hotel in Lower Parel. around 45,000 ‘Beliebers’ attended the Grammy-winning singer’s first-ever show in India at Navi Mumbai’s DY Patil Stadium. Fans gathered at the stadium from3 pm and their idol arrived at 8 pm as scheduled. He performed 12 tracks and because some of those were lip-synced, it left his fans were disappointed. However, Bieber reached out to his Beliebers in the audience and he did make it a point to keep his gig as interactive as possible, and one lucky female fan even managed to get hold of his scarf. Bieber got a royal treatment during his India stay. He was treated with cuisines representing 29 states, people close to the organisers of the tour had said. He left India the same night after his live concert.
