Shantanu Mukherjee or as we know him Shaan, started his musical journey at a very young age of 17 by singing jingles for advertisements. It was only when he and his singer, who is also an accomplished singer, signed with a recording company and released successful albums that bought the duo into the limelight. A string of hit singles and albums further cemented their popularity on the music scene in the 90s.
