“We are not only busy with live concerts but there are also certain recordings as well. We (Salim-Sulaiman) had a release formerly on an OTT forum, Skater Girl. We did the melody for that at the time of Covid lockdown. Apart from that, we also functioned on another feature movie. We have been able to do a lot of chores,” said Salim.
And both the spectators and artists, are getting ready to step on the theatre at some juncture. Merchant and his whole committee have got jabbed for that.
“Honestly, not performing live concerts has not been the largest struggle [for me]. Some of us lost some close and dear ones. I lost an extremely close companion of mine about a year ago. He didn’t die of Covid, but a bike casualty. It was a very hard time for us. Everybody lost someone close to them, which has been a tough thing,” Salim says.
“I am lucky we formulated a whole song tag of our own, which was a vision. We got the time to begin that,” gushed Salim.
