The singer’s attorney has now responded to footage that Kevin Federline recently shared on Instagram purporting to show Britney Spears yelling at her children. In an interview with The Daily Mail, Federline said that Spears’ boys Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, have been refusing to visit her, sparking the start of their public spat last week. In response to the same, Britney made a later-deleted Instagram post in which she described her sons’ behavior when they visited her as “hateful.”

Federline recently released old tapes of Britney’s claimed fights with their sons from when they were little in response to Spears’ statement. He wrote captions stating, “I can not sit back and let my sons be accused in this way after what they’ve been through. So as much as it hurts us, we decided to post these videos as a family.” Nevertheless, Kevin’s account has now removed the videos from it. According to reports, the three videos that Kevin posted on his account date back almost four years.

Federline’s move to post the films online prompted Matthew Rosengart, the singer’s attorney, to issue the following statement to US Weekly: “Britney has been a devoted parent, and she adores her kids. Whether or not he understands it, Mr. Federline has harmed the privacy and dignity of his children’s mother in addition to his own, whose privacy he should safeguard.”
