The former American rapper and record producer Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has yet again caught the attention in the headlines. The music artist was earlier in 2025 convicted on prostitution-related charges, and now he is hit with fresh allegations of sexual assault.
As per the reports, Diddy is facing the new legal crisis after a new lawsuit put allegations of sexually assaulting a minor nearly two decades ago. The reports by ABC News suggest that a former unidentified child actor alleged that Diddy sexually assaulted him during a networking event in the Hollywood Hills in May 2007, and the lawsuit was filed in California this week.
The complainant, who was under 18 at the time of the alleged incident, was present at the event in hopes of advancing his career in the performing arts. Reportedly, the lawsuit alleges that Diddy invited him to the private room to discuss potential career opportunities, including a project with a music executive.
The complainant also alleges that he was offered a drink, and after having it, he could feel the effects, following which he was subjected to sexual assault. Not just that, he also added that he felt uncomfortable, but the misconduct continued.
Filing the case in court, the complainant called the incident outrageous and said it caused serious emotional damage. The complainant also mentioned the name of the former agent of the child actor who failed to provide safety at the event and was being left alone with influential adult figures.
In contrast, Diddy, who is in prison serving his 50-month sentence, denied the claims, and his spokesman called them false and ridiculous.
