Blackpink isn’t your typical lady band. They have a distinct personality from the other K-pop female groups. One of the four members of this unique four-member girl group is from Thailand and is fluent in English. They were put together by YG Entertainment, the same company that put together the famed female group 2ne1.

Red Velvet

Red Velvet is a five-member South Korean girl group from SM Entertainment. They began as a four-member band in August 2014, then in 2015, they expanded to five members. Since their debut, all of their singles have conquered the music charts as soon as they were released.
