August Month Movies From Aamir Khan-Kareena Kapoor's Laal Singh Chaddha To Ananya Panday-Vijay Deverakonda's Liger Songs To Hear On Loop

Advait Chandan, working from a screenplay by Eric Roth and Atul Kulkarni, directed the comedy-drama Laal Singh Chaddha in 2022. This movie, which was made by Aamir Khan Productions and Viacom18 Studios, is a remake of the 1994 American film Forrest Gump, which was based on the same-named novel. Along with Kareena Kapoor, Naga Chaitanya (making his Hindi cinema debut), and Mona Singh, the movie stars Aamir Khan as the title character.

The Forrest Gump adaptation underwent a variety of revisions during a 20-year period. The first ten years were spent adapting the script, and the following ten years were spent gaining the rights to the remake. Early in 2018, Aamir Khan purchased the film’s rights with the help of Los Angeles-based producer and director Radhika Chaudhari. On March 14, 2019, the film’s title was made public. Tanuj Tiku composed the movie’s score, and Pritam and Amitabh Bhattacharya wrote the lyrics to their original songs.

Puri Jagannadh will soon release the sports action movie Liger, which he also wrote and will direct. Dharma Productions and Puri Connect simultaneously filmed the movie in Telugu and Hindi. Along with Ananya Panday, Ronit Roy, and Ramya Krishna, who play crucial parts, Vijay Deverakonda plays the movie’s titular MMA fighter boxer. American boxer Mike Tyson makes his acting debut in Indian cinema with a lengthy appearance.

Before the title Liger was revealed in January 2021, the movie had already been confirmed in 2019. Deverakonda’s first Hindi-language movie was Liger, while Panday’s first Telugu-language movie was Liger. Tanishk Bagchi and Vikram Montrose wrote the songs. Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, production endured delays after principal photography started in January 2020. After a few more pandemic-related shooting pauses, production on Liger began in February 2021 and was completed in February 2022.
