American singer Kesha, whose stage name is Kesha Rose Sebert, first gained notoriety in 2009 when she appeared on Flo Rida’s top-charting hip-hop song “Right Round.” Kesha’s career hasn’t always been easy, despite her consistently outstanding commercial success. The singer accused Lukasz Gottwald of sexual abuse in 2014, and he countersued her, saying she was fabricating the allegation in order to get out of a recording contract. Her music career is still going strong, despite the protracted legal dispute.

Kesha has had numerous appearances in the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 throughout the years in addition to gracing the cover of Billboard this week.

With three No. 1 singles: “Tik Tok” from Animal, “We R Who We R” from Cannibal, and a guest appearance on Pitbull’s “Timber” from his Global Warming: Meltdown album, the “TiK ToK” artist has exploded and seized control of the Hot 100 throne since 2010.

Kesha has produced a lot of dance hits over the past ten years, and in 2017, after going through some difficult moments, she made a comeback with the reflective album Rainbow. Kesha has since “got her balls back,” as she puts it, and has returned with the song Raising Hell from her upcoming fourth studio album High Road.
