A big and important update coming in for all fans and admirers of French Open semifinalist Daria Kasatkina.
As per the latest media reports in India Today, the French Open semifinalist from 2022 aka Daria Kasatkina has come out as gay. Reports in the media reveal that she was inspired to come out and talk about in the open after Russian footballer Nadya Karpova revealed she was gay in a country where the LGBTQ+ community is frowned upon.
Kasatkina reportedly said,
“I believe it is important that influential people from sports, or any other sphere really, speak about it. It is important for young people who have a hard time with society and need support.”
