As per the latest media reports in Hindustan Times ladies and gentlemen, the Indian duo of Chirag Shetty-Satwiksairaj Rankireddy clinched historic bronze medal at the championship. They had to settle for bronze after losing to Malaysia’s Aaron Chia-Soh Wooi Yik. They lost the game with a final score of 22-20 18-21 16-21. The duo became the first Indian pair to win a men’s doubles medal at the BWF C’ships and also on Friday became the first Indian duo to reach the men’s doubles semi-finals.
