Ever since the Tim Paine ‘sexting’ scandal came out in the open, it has been difficult times for both the players as well as Cricket Australia. After Tim Paine resigned as the Test skipper of Australia, it was the turn of Pat Cummins to take over the reigns.
And now, it’s official. Pat Cummins has been made the Australian skipper in the Test format and the move has been appreciated by cricket experts all over the globe. Meanwhile, reports in ESPN suggest that Tim Paine has taken an indefinite break from cricket to take care of his mental health and in all probabilities will be unavailable for selection for the Ashes.
