With the T20 World Cup approaching very soon, all cricket teams all over the globe are now looking forward to prepare themselves in the best way possible and be up for the challenge. Team India too is doing their best to get things sorted and in the right way. After a crushing series defeat against Australia, India are now looking forward to having the upper hand in the T20I series against South Africa as well. The first T20I started well for India as they registered a win. However, unfortunately, we have a sad update for you all.

Jasprit Bumrah, India’s spearhead when it comes to fast bowling is unfortunately injured and this has also ruined his chances to be a part of the T20I World Cup squad. We now hear as per reports in NDTV Sports that Mohammed Siraj has replaced Bumrah for the remaining 2 T20I matches.

We wish Siraj all the best for the series. Well, what’s your take on this ladies and gentlemen? Let us know your views in the comments section below and for more updates, stay tuned to IWMBuzz.com
