As per the latest reports in Times Of India, prominent Kabaddi player Sandeep Nangal Ambia was shot dead during a Kabaddi tournament at Mallian Khurd village in Punjab’s Jalandhar district.
Reports reveal that Sandeep had initially come to attend the tournament and some fans were taking selfies with him when four-five assailants arrived in a car. Post that, two of them reportedly fired in the air to scare away others while the other two shot the kabaddi player dead and ran away. The police are currently investigating the matter and tracking down the culprits.
