The Indian cricket team didn’t really have the best outing at the ICC T20 World Cup 2022 this time in Australia. All the cricketers did their best on the field. However, on the very important day like the semi-final game against England, none of it seemed to have worked as we were handed over a thrashing victory by England who eventually managed to win the tournament in grand style. Soon after the loss and the elimination, it was certainly predicted that certain tough calls might be taken in Indian cricket. Well, seems like the process has started already.
As per the latest media reports in NDTV Sports, the BCCI has now sacked the entire team selection panel that was led by Chetan Sharma. Going by the buzz, it’s important to not be surprised if more tough calls are taken in the near future.
