The Indian contingent at the Olympics is certainly putting its best foot forward to make the country proud at a global level. The last day was quite good for India, especially in Hockey & Archery.

The Indian Men’s Hockey team defeated Argentina with a final score of 3-1 to confirm a spot in the last-eight stage. Meanwhile, Atanu Das created history as he defeated #KOR’s London 2012 Olympic champion Oh Jinhyek in Men’s archery in the 1/16 eliminations.

India’s Golf challenge in Tokyo got a boost as well with Diksha Dagar given a late entry into the women’s golf competition. It is all set to begin on August 5th.

Last, but certainly not least, Manu Bhaker has made a successful comeback shutting down all her critics as she finished an impressive 5th in the 44-women field of the Precision Round of the Women’s 25m Pistol.

We wish them good luck for the future games. Keep supporting India at Olympics 2020 and for more updates, stay tuned to IWMBuzz.com
