The wedding buzz was all in the groove. Smriti Mandhana and Palaash Muchhal’s pictures from their wedding festivities went viral. Their friends and family were seen all immersed in the grandiosity of their wedding celebrations. However, the tide turned after their wedding got postponed due to a medical emergency at Smriti Mandhana’s home, followed by her father falling ill.
Things raised eyebrows after Smriti Mandhana removed all her wedding-related pictures from her social media accounts. According to reports, on November 23rd, Smriti’s father, Shrinivas Mandhana, fell severely ill, followed by his admittance to a nearby hospital. Given the immediate crisis, the family had to halt their celebrations and social media activity, too. Smriti’s manager, Tuhin Mishra, further stated that the wedding, scheduled for 23rd November, has been put on hold indefinitely.
