India’s star tennis player Rohan Bopanna celebrated his 41st birthday today. Rohan Bopanna was born on 4 March 1980, who has made India proud for his exhibition in the game of tennis . Rohan was attached to tennis from the time he was 11 years of age. By the age of 19, Rohan Bopanna made tennis his passion. His dad MG Bopanna is an espresso grower and his mom Malik Bopanna is a housewife. Rohan Bopanna finished his schooling at Shri Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain College. He made his debut in the Davis Cup against Australia in September 2002. After this, he was a major part of the 2007 Hopman Cup as well. Rohan Bopanna, alongside Eric Butorac, won his maiden ATP doubles title at the 2008 Countrywide Classic in Los Angeles. At the 2010 US Open, Bopanna made it to the last of the Grand Slam competition. Bopanna has made India proud with his unimaginable growth in the tennis federation.
Rohan Bopanna has been granted numerous awards. He was assigned in 2010 as Champion for Peace by the Monaco-based Peace Organization . Bopanna was also granted the renowned Arthur Asi Humanitarian Award alongside Qureshi in 2010.
