Christian Dannemann Eriksen is a Danish attacking midfielder who now plays for Inter Milan in Serie A and for the Danish national team. Eriksen can also play in the middle midfield position. Eriksen has been named the Danish Football Player of the Year a record five times. He made his international debut for Denmark in March 2010 and was the FIFA World Cup’s youngest player. Eriksen played an important role in Denmark’s qualification campaign for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Denmark advanced to the round of 16 before losing to Croatia in a penalty shootout.
