Aditya Pancholi Dubbed Rahul Roy’s Voice in Aashiqui for Free, Says Mahesh Bhatt

A little-known detail about Rahul Roy’s breakthrough film Aashiqui has come to light through filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt. Speaking about the 1990 musical romance, Bhatt revealed that Roy’s dialogues were dubbed by actor Aditya Pancholi. Explaining why Pancholi was brought in, Bhatt said, “Rahul Roy ki awaaz dub ki thi Aditya Pancholi ji ne. Kyunki logon ko uski awaaz achhi nahi lagi thi.” Bhatt further revealed that Pancholi did not charge for the dubbing work. “Aditya did it free of cost,” he said, adding that Pancholi was already working with him on another film.  | Click Here...
