Eclatant Films Serves Legal Notice to Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma Over ₹29.67 Crore Dues

According to the trade publication Complete Cinema, production banner Eclatant Films Private Limited has issued a public legal notice against filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma (RGV) demanding the immediate settlement of outstanding dues totaling Rs. 29,67,64,000. According to the notice dated October 15, 2026, the claimed amount comprises Rs. 11,38,92,000 in accrued interest. The financial obligations stem from an agreement signed on April 10, 2010, which was subsequently confirmed by the Bombay High Court via an order dated April 17, 2013, in Suit No. 260 of 2013.
