Eros International Media Ltd has filed a lawsuit against Aanand L. Rai for ₹84 crores in the Bombay High Court and his Colour Yellow Media Entertainment LLP company, claiming that the 2013 blockbuster Raanjhanaa's intellectual property was used without the owner’s consent.
