Lorde says quitting social media was the "most difficult thing" she's ever done. The Solar Power hitmaker no longer uses social media sites like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and even YouTube, and has stated that giving up social media was 'horribly tough' for her since it first made her feel 'disconnected' from the world. "I felt like my brain wasn't working very well anymore," she explained. "It was excruciatingly difficult, the most difficult thing I've ever done. I was really grumpy. I felt completely distant.
