Marathi actress Ashalata Wabgaonkar dies of Covid-19
Noted film and television actress, Ashalata Wabgaonkar, died of Covid-19 this morning, September 22. As per reports in media, she was admitted to a private hospital in Satara, Maharashtra. Ashalata was 79 and is survived by a son. Ashalata was in Satara to shoot for a Marathi TV serial, Aai Kalubai. Reportedly, she, along with about 20 members of the TV serial crew tested positive for Covid-19. As per reports, Ashalata Wabgaonkar's last rites will be performed in Satara.
