Universal Pictures Is All Set To Revive The Mummy Franchise With Fourth Instalment
Universal Pictures once again breathes life into The Mummy franchise, and a new sequel will see Brendan Fraser back in the role of Rick O’Connell and Rachel Weisz as his wife, Evelyn O’Connell. The plans ignore the 2008 sequel, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor, which does not feature the storylines preferred by Weisz and Fraser and was seen as nothing more than a commercial tie-in to the Beijing Olympics.
