Filmmaker Shakeel Noorani Arrested For Allegedly Raping Actress In Mumbai—Deets Inside

Filmmaker Shakeel Noorani, known for directing Bade Dilwale, Joru Ka Ghulam and others, has been arrested for allegedly raping a 33-year-old actress. Reportedly, the director pursued the actress into coming to his house in Mumbai's Malwani in the name of discussing an upcoming film and allegedly assaulted her. The reports further say that the 73-year-old director drugged the actress and threatened her, according to the police complaint.
