Talented actor Vineet Raina, who is enthralling audience as Virat in Colors’ Ishq Mein Marjawan, says experimenting with roles has been a mainstay in his career from the start.
On the experience, Vineet said, “I have always tried to experiment with my roles right from the beginning. I started my journey as a positive hero, then played a negative character and also tried comedy. It’s very important to keep experimenting with different roles as you grow as an actor or else people start type casting you and there is no scope of evolving. I am glad that people call me a versatile actor.”
Vineet believes that Ishq Mein Marjawan has always promised and delivered exciting drama.
“Ishq Mein Marjawan has been a roller coaster journey. I have learnt a lot during the filming of the series. I think audience was bored watching saas-bahu sagas and horror drama hence after our show’s launch, they loved the suspense drama. The intriguing drama has always kept audience glued to the screens. Through the series, I have got an opportunity to work with a great team. I and Alisha bond well and do a lot of fun on set. After Pardes, it was fun working with Arjun again.”
The actor feels that Alisha is a very hardworking female. “I have seen Alisha grow and evolve as an actor. The way she plays the double role is amazing. She never overdid it and kept it subtle. The credit goes to her as sometimes there have been instances where she has improvised and done it impromptu. Being a newbie, she has done a fab job. I am proud of her.”
