Harshad ‘Anurag’ Chopda is a cuisine connoisseur. Everyone knows how much he enjoys his meals. TellyChakkar connected with him to learn more about his eating habits.

Harshad Chopra said: “The only thing I make sure of is that I exercise and eat properly. I want to go on a diet, but I can’t stop eating, I live to eat. It’s fantastic. Every day, focus on one body component. I only work on large muscled body parts.”

What are your eating preferences?

Harshad said: “Most of the time, I have these urges. Dal Baati is something I crave from time to time. Paneer parathas are one of my favorites. I’m a coffee drinker. If it’s hot, black coffee with no sugar; if it’s cold, sugar, chocolate, and everything else are required. I can eat whenever I want when it comes to food. That’s it, I can’t stop myself from eating. Even if I’ve eaten my lunch and you give me something to eat, I can’t say no.”

Compound food is Harshad’s favorite food recipe. The procedure is outlined below.

Boil the rice first, then cook it separately with the dal. After that, finely slice the soya pieces, as well as the tomatoes, onions, and green chilies. Pour a little oil into a pan and toss in a spoonful of cumin and mustard seeds. Add the onions and cook until they are translucent. Then add the tomatoes and green chilies, finely chopped. Mix in a spoonful of turmeric powder and a pinch of red chili powder. Now add the soya chunks and simmer for a few minutes. Then, with a little water, add the rice and dal that you’ve cooked separately. Cook for around 10 minutes on medium heat. The meal for your compound has been prepared.
