Rashami Desai is a daily soap actress, mainly recognized for her negative role of Tapasya Rathore in the serial Uttaran. She entered the Indian film industry in 2003 with a role in the film Yeh Lamhe Judaai Ke. After her first movie in Bollywood, Desai was seen in Bhojpuri Theatres as she acted in many Bhojpuri films and is famous in the Bhojpuri film industry. In 2006, Rashami began acting in the Indian television industry with a role in the serial Ravan. Further, Rashami went on to work with Siddharth Shukla and Jasmin Bhasin in the serial Dil Se Dil Tak. Rashami was a contestant of India’s most controversial reality show Bigg Boss season 13 and impressed the audience with her performance.
