Television actor Erica Fernandes isn’t in a hurry to return to films. The Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi actor, who had done a few films in the South and one Bollywood flick Babloo Happy Hai, says that she continues to get film offers, but she refuses them. She is currently seen playing the role of Prerna Sharma in fame serial Kasautii Zindagii Kay.
First, she appeared as her debut in telly with Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi opposite Shaheer Sheikh. She was highly praised for her amazing chemistry with Shaheer as she shared the screen with a dashing actor for the first time and the fans also were very happy. Even after the end of the show, on fans’ requests, the
makers brought the second season of the same serial in which she was seen as the mother of two children.
Currently, she is seen in Kasautii Zindagi Kay opposite Parth Samthaan. The duo is considered one of the best telly couples. They way they share their chemistry off-screen makes them easy to act on-screen as they are best friends.
Erica also did one Bollywood movie, Babloo Happy Hai. Although it wasn’t a great success, she still loves the film and her fans are now watching the film.
Asking her about her Bollywood project she said, “After doing modeling and films, I was always keen on doing TV. It was in my to-do-list. So when Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi happened, I was more than happy. And I am thankful that my debut show did well. For the time being, I have therefore decided to concentrate on TV and make the most of the medium.”
