Friends are the ones who always endure affection, esteem, intimacy, and trust. It’s a mutual affection that binds people together through different phases of life. Having good friends is a blessing and Pooja Banerjee is a blessed person as her partner is her best friend.
On the occasion of Friendship Day, Pooja, who plays the role of Rhea in Zee TV’s Kumkum Bhagya, exclusively spoke about her bond with her hubby, who is also her best friend. She said, “I define a friend as someone who is true to you and stands up for you when others try to hurt you emotionally or physically, they do everything they can to make sure you stay safe. I happened to meet such a person back during the 4th grade in school and that person is none other than my husband, Sandeep Sejwal. While he has been my companion and my partner, he has also been a dear friend for the most part of my life.”
She further added, “I believe it’s our friendship that has given way to our perfect marriage and on this day I just want to thank him for being my best friend. This occasion is a way of reminding us to take out some time to catch up with long-lost friends and that’s exactly what I plan to do. While the initial part of my day might go in spending time with my Kumkum Bhagya friends, I would love to plan a virtual reunion with all my school friends and cherish those beautiful memories that we created.
