Actor Ranveer Singh Malik who essays the role of Rahul, brother of Mohan in Zee TV’s popular show Pyar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan is happy with the Diwali brightness engulfing one and all!! He believes that Diwali brings the best time for people to unite and enjoy! He is happy to celebrate the festival with his mother.
Says Ranveer, “Diwali is the best time to unite and unify. Diwali is a unifying event that can soften even the hardest of hearts. It is a time when people greet each other joyfully and embrace one another. The vibrations produced by the greetings of love, which fill the atmosphere, are powerful. When the heart has considerably hardened, only a continuous celebration of Diwali can rekindle the urgent need to turn away from the ruinous path of hatred.”
Talking about his plans for Diwali this year, he avers, “I am in Mumbai with my mom, so I will definitely celebrate Diwali here with her. I have lots of invitations for Diwali parties as well. One major ritual of Diwali is Laxmi Pooja, followed by Govardhan Pooja, which is a Jaata community tradition we used to follow back home in Chandigarh. After the exchange of gifts and bursting crackers, it gives me a lot of excitement and makes me look forward to Diwali every year.”
