Actress Jyothsna Channdola Singh who was recently seen in Kumkum Bhagya is presently recovering from a severe respiratory infection where she had symptoms of being out of breath. She has been in the hospital for a few days and is slowly heading towards the path of recovery.
The month of June seems to be giving health setbacks to the actress, who had an accident and a complicated leg surgery last year in June. She had alignment and a meniscus tear on her knee, which needed surgery, followed by a few corrective procedures. Jyothsna has always had a flair for regimented exercise and workouts.
Says Jyothsna, “I have had asthma in my growing-up days. This time, it was severe. Getting out of breath is extremely unbearable.”
Rising from this adverse condition and motivating herself, she says, “We are, after all, humans, and our body tends to give up and destabilise at times. There is nothing to worry about getting ill and taking proper medications. We should thank God that we have an opportunity to set things right and get back in the best of shape. We should not curse ourselves for falling sick. Being strong from within is important.”
Jyothsna is getting discharged from the hospital today and is looking for a speedy recovery and stability in health.
The actress is known for her roles in shows Sasural Simar Ka, Santoshi Maa, Sindoor Ki Keemat, Baazi Ishq Ki, Kumkum Bhagya etc.
