Actor Lokit Phulwani, who is part of Star Plus’ O Humnava! Tum Dena Saath Mera, says the unexpected twists and turns in the show keep not just the audience but also the actors intrigued. “Honestly, sometimes even we get surprised when we read the script. The twists keep things exciting, not just for the audience but for us as actors too. It makes the story more interesting because you’re constantly discovering new layers to your character,” Lokit says.
Talking about the atmosphere behind the camera, Lokit says that every actor brings a different personality to the set. “The fun thing about working on a show is that everyone has a different personality off-camera. Some people are naturally playful, while others are very focused and particular about their preparation. I think that mix is what makes the environment interesting. You get to learn from each other while having a good time,” he adds.
The actor also acknowledges the role audiences play in making a show special. He finds it rewarding when viewers notice details in a scene or connect with the characters on an emotional level.
“It’s always wonderful to see how emotionally invested the audience is in the characters and their journey. Sometimes viewers notice the smallest details or interpret a scene in ways you may not have expected. That’s what makes it special. When people connect so deeply with a story, you realise that your work has reached them beyond the screen,” Lokit concludes.
